Refunds and cancellation

This policy covers the Ledgerly AI subscription (₹99/month), the only thing sold on this site. The Ledgerly app itself is a free download, so there is nothing to refund on the app.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, and you do not have to tell us why. Two ways:
- Use the subscription-management link in the emails Razorpay sends you about your subscription. That page lets you cancel directly.
- Or email us at madmaxlabsllc@gmail.com from the address you subscribed with, and we will cancel it for you within 2 working days. Any renewal that happens to charge while your email is waiting on us is refunded in full.
When you cancel, no further charges are made, and your access key deactivates when the subscription ends. We schedule cancellations for the end of the period you have already paid for wherever the payment system allows it; if your cancellation takes effect immediately instead and you lose paid time, email us and we will refund that charge.
Refunds
If the service did not work out for you, email us within 7 days of any charge and we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked. We deactivate your access key when we process the refund. To keep this fair for everyone, repeated refund-and-resubscribe cycles may be declined, and we may simply end the subscription instead.
Duplicate charges, charges after a cancellation you already made, and charges caused by a billing error on our side are refunded in full whenever they happened, not just within the 7-day window.
Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with, processed through Razorpay. They typically arrive within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
How to reach us
For anything about billing, write to madmaxlabsllc@gmail.com with the email address you subscribed with. Include your claim ID from the claim page if you have it; it speeds things up, but the subscription email alone is enough. We answer every billing email.
